A visit may help establish whether the business is trading, who handles payment and whether there is a proposal or dispute to bring back to you.
Collection is not enforcement
We are not bailiffs or enforcement agents. We do not have powers to force entry or seize goods.
Our visits are professional recovery activity—not intimidation, public confrontation or a guarantee of payment.
We assess suitability
Not every account is suitable for a visit. The location, circumstances and safety considerations affect whether we attend.
Any additional visits or travel outside the agreed scope require your written approval.
